Kevin started with Chandler in 2000 working on the yard during the summer while attending Middle Tennessee State University.  He returned home after 2 1/2 years and was hired full-time at Chandler Concrete as a batcher.  After four years he was promoted to plant manager in Roanoke.  In that role he was dispatching, helping with maintenance and quality control work for the neighboring four plants.  In 2013, Kevin was promoted to Production Manager for the Roanoke Valley covering production for the five area plants.
