VRMCA’s monthly newsletters and email blasts provide timely information about association affairs and industry developments. We hold seminars and educational programs on the benefits of concrete, techniques and best management practices. We specialize in providing our Members with updates on the  latest technology and ways to improve their business.

Government Relations

VRMCA’s experienced registered lobbyists represent the industry before the General Assembly, state agencies and Virginia’s congressional representatives on all matters that affect the ready mixed industry. VRMCA monitors all new legislation, regulatory proposals and highway department policies on your behalf, and VRMCA provides reports during the General Assembly session that review each piece of relevant legislation.

Promotion

The Virginia Ready Mixed Concrete Advisory Council spreads the word about concrete, its strength and its applications. Our Directors of Industry Services assist ready mixed producers with sales, marketing and promotional materials. These representatives also provide valuable information to architects, engineers and developers for technical assistance and cost information on vertical concrete construction, paving materials and parking lot designs.
