Accommodations
The VRMCA Convention will take place at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of
Sunday, May 15 and Monday, May 16. Single rooms
are $299 and double rooms are $436 plus a resort fee
of $10 per day per adult. These rates include room
accommodations, breakfast and dinner at designated

The VRMCA Room Block will be available until
Friday, April 15, 2011 or until the group block is
sold-out, whichever comes first.

Spring Golf Tournament at the Greenbrier
Shotgun start at 1 PM SHARP! The
Greenbrier Course was originally completed in 1924 and
redesigned in 1977 by Jack Nicklaus. The golf registration
fee of $245 includes a box lunch, range balls, shared cart,
continuous beverages and two Mulligans per player.

Spring Sporting Clay Tournament
The Spring Sporting Clay Tournament is Monday, May 16th at the Gun Club beginning at 12:30 PM. Transportation from the lobby to the Gun Club will be provided beginning at 12 Noon. The shooting registration fee of $175 includes box lunch, 50-shot round sporting clay and ammunition. Cash prizes awarded for first & second place!

The Bunker Tour/Wine & Cheese
Our private VRMCA Bunker tour will provide a
unique and in-depth look behind the hidden doors and
let you explore an aspect of The Greenbrier that no other
resort can claim.
Wine and Cheese Anyone?
Following the Bunker Tour, enjoy a wine tasting provided by The Greenbrier Sommelier and indulge in the delicacies of an antipasto display featuring a variety of meats, cheeses, crudités and breads.
